SoundSeam is passwordless. Secure your email magic links, purchases, private projects, and Whop payout access.
SoundSeam does not use account passwords. You sign in through a secure magic link sent to your email, so protecting that inbox is the most important step you can take.
A SoundSeam magic link can sign someone into your account. Never forward it, paste it into a support message, or share a screenshot that exposes the URL.
Request sign-in links only from Log in. Use the newest email you receive, and open it on the device where you intend to use SoundSeam. If you did not request a link, do not open it. Secure your email account and contact Support if the messages continue.
SoundSeam support will never ask you to send them a magic link or email authentication code.
Order pages, receipts, download links, project invitations, and editor links may expose private information or grant access. Send them directly to the intended person rather than posting them in public channels. If a link reaches the wrong person, contact support with the relevant purchase, track, or project ID.
Open payout management through the Whop portal linked from SoundSeam. Check that you are on the expected Whop page before entering financial information. Keep the email account connected to Whop secure as well.
Support may ask for a transfer, purchase, or track ID to investigate a problem. It should not ask for bank login details, a full card number, a magic link, or a one-time authentication code.
