Find the right beat and organize your shortlist

SoundSeam gives you several ways to find and save a beat. Using each one for a specific job keeps a large search from becoming a pile of open tabs.

Search with intent

Use Discover when you can describe what you need in natural language. Include two or three useful constraints, such as mood, energy, genre, artist reference, tempo feel, vocal space, or intended use.

Use regular search and browse when you already know the producer, title, genre, or tag.

Pick the right save action

• Like a beat when it fits your general taste.
• Play later when you want to listen carefully in another session.
• Add it to a playlist when comparing beats for a campaign, client, or sound.
• Start a project when the beat has become part of a real song idea.

Projects are the strongest option for serious candidates because you can keep lyrics, checklists, images, reference links, and voice notes beside the beat.

Compare before you buy

Open each beat and compare the actual licence terms, not only the tier name. Check included files, stream and distribution limits, music-video rights, performance rights, term length, and whether the licence is exclusive.

If a licence is unavailable, it may require a WAV or stems the producer has not supplied, the beat may be awaiting collaborator confirmation, or it may already be exclusively sold. An Offer-only Exclusive must be negotiated through Offers instead of purchased from the cart.
