Find every delivered file after checkout and keep a complete record of the order.
After payment succeeds, SoundSeam opens an order page for that purchase.
Each item lists the assets included in the purchased tier or kit variant. A beat order may include:
A kit order may include one or more archive or licence files. Download links are generated securely and may be refreshed when the page loads.
Choose View receipt on the order page. The receipt includes the order number, date, payment method, billed customer details, items, and totals. Use the print action to save a PDF copy when you need an offline record.
Use the link in the purchase email or the purchased item in your Library when available. The order URL contains a purchase reference; treat it as private and do not post it publicly.
Allow downloads for SoundSeam, disable a pop-up blocker for the page, and try again. On mobile, the file may open in a preview instead of the Downloads folder; use the browser's Share or Save action.
If an expected asset is absent, compare the order's licence tier with its included-file list. Then contact support with the purchase ID, item title, licence or variant name, and missing file label. Never repurchase solely to regain a download.
